There is an unofficial hotfix v6.9.0.2 available at http://download.ahsay.com/dev/unofficial/69/index.html, which contains the fix for better AhsayOBS memory allocation and eliminate the chance of AhsayOBS crash. We strongly recommend upgrade your AhsayOBS system to this hotfix if your AhsayOBS is running at v6.9.0.0.

Due to a technical problem with our Ahsay™ KB Support System. Some support emails sent by customers from external email applications, between March 6th to March 12th for existing support tickets were not received by our support system. Although, we have recovered all customer support emails sent to us from March 6th to March 12th.

Ahsay™ Help Centre technical support ticket submisson page has been redesigned. Our aim is to speed up the technical support process and improve the overall customer support experience. Ahsay™ Help Centre will now intelligently request customers to provide more technical and background information based on the nature of the reported problem. So when our Engineers receive a technical support request, they will have sufficient background and technical information to provide customers with a quick and accurate recomendation.
